So I've been using this supplier for 2 years now. I hired an inflatable softplay for my wedding 2 yeard ago then i was so happy with the service i hired apaw patrol soft play set for sons 3rd birthday the following year. About to do a community bbq in the summer and planning to hire them again. Super reliable, offer other products as options without feeling too pushy, really friendly service, I've met 3 different members of staff and they're solid people, always appreciate me collecting the balls and trying to look after their equipment, I offer them drinks and bits of food before they leave because it's usually a special occasion with food to spare. They are absolutely spot on and so is the equipment for hire. Never had a problem, clean, as described and ready to go. They're always quick in and out but happy to have a chat. Couldn't sell them enough, if they don't have what you need they try to find alternatives you're happy with. I should of put a review a long time ago and was reminded when I'm looking to hire again. Thank you so much for your effort everyone! Also it's a shame because the kids faces look so happy, but i don't have parental consent so no faces! Sorry!

Hired a bouncy castle and giant connect 4 for my daughters 6th birthday party, will definitely use again for all my bouncy castle needs. Set up was done so quickly (5/10 minutes) and collection was the same. They were very accommodating to the time frame I needed due to hiring a village hall. The gentlemen who delivered it were very kind and helpful! Thank you for helping my daughters birthday party stress free and fun!

Excellent service. Would highly recommend. Arrived/set up and collected at the times agreed. Friendly staff. Jonathan and the team were very helpful when making the booking and were in contact a few days prior to the event to double check and confirm everything which was great for my peace of mind. Thank you again 😊 the children all loved the monster truck Bouncy castle!

We hired a Bounctastic Disco Dome yesterday for a family party, what a fantastic time the kids had, we had a pre planned play list ready, they thought was amazing! 6hours of fun,, and as it got darker the effect of the lights was great,
This was the first time we had booked with this company, it was booked very easily on line, just picked the date, time and address, they confirmed very quickly the price and booking.
Day of the party Jonny and partner arrived on time, assembled the castle, explained the music connection and confirmed pickup time.
Overall, 10/10 very professional, friendly and helped to create towards a perfect day! Will definitely be booking again for next party.
